Various coffee beans will be introduced and showcased with different brewing methods such as Cold Brew, Pour Over or/and Espresso. Matching desserts to pair with the flavour profile of the coffees.
For people who are only familiar with espresso with milk, we will not only explain the difference of each brewing methods but also share the fundamental knowledge about coffee. With coffee nerds, we could be focusing on the coffee beans, the flavour and how to make a better cup of coffee.

Indulge in a menu-less coffee and dessert experience, guided by both our skilled barista and chef.
Omakase, in Japanese, means “I’ll leave it up to you,” where the customer leaves it up to the chef to select and serve seasonal specialties.
Our barista will expertly craft each coffee beverage to perfection, pairing it with a dessert that’s specifically designed to complement the coffee’s unique flavour by our chef.
This isn’t just a simple selection of different coffee brews, but a meticulously crafted coffee and dessert pairing experience that will awaken your senses and leave you feeling satisfied.
