Our goal is simple; share the coffee we love with everyone.
We source and introduce the finest coffee beans from all around the world, roasting them with care here in WA.
Connect the community
through coffee.
By connecting coffee enthusiasts and all the other local roasters, including us, we hope to create a platform that welcomes everyone to explore the wide variety of coffee in our community.

CONCEPT
SHOP
In April 2022, we launched our first concept shop with the aim of revolutionising the coffee experience.
The shop was created to provide an inviting environment for anyone to enjoy coffee with all kinds of brewing methods.
With our goal in mind, and to expand the range of coffee selection for the customers, we not only showcase our beans but also invite local roasters to be featured in the shop and present their coffees to the same level as our own.
Like a cellar door but
with coffee and dessert.
Taking inspiration from a cellar door, we offer coffee tasting either through a self-guided tasting flight or in a private setting guided by our knowledgeable barista, and every cup of freshly brewed coffee is accompanied with delicious, artfully presented desserts.

HOP started as a specialty coffee shop by featuring local roaster’s single origins and showcase the coffees with different brewing methods.
After a year from the first launch, we have gone further and started to roast the coffee beans on our own.
As a small batch specialty coffee roaster, we hand-pick the coffee we truly loved from the wide range selection of all the finest coffee.

Yvette Lin

With the root of growing up from a busy breakfast bar back in Taiwan and 3 years of chef experience at Swell restaurant.
Yvette has also completed advanced diploma of hospitality management.
Nelson Tsao
// Creative Director
7 years of design experience.
In charge of the brand identity &Â design strategy including but not limited to, store front, website, packaging, socials, branding material, etc.
