Okalu

From a beautiful part of the rich Papua New Guinean ecosystem, the Okalu coffee grows in soil dense with nutrients. This fertile climate carries with it the incredible potential for high-quality coffee. The Okalu will give tasting notes of choc-brownie, plum and molasses, giving a full cup ideal for complimenting milks, as well as an excellent black cup.

The coffee is from Lass Malo Coffee, which was established by a local businesswoman in 2015, and is focused on ensuring the products benefit these rural communities.
