Kayon Mountain Farm, situated in Ethiopia’s Shakiso district within the Guji zone, is renowned for producing exceptional Grade 1 organic washed coffees. One of their notable offerings presents a flavor profile featuring fresh nectarine and orange notes, complemented by mellow caramel undertones.

This coffee exhibits a juicy malic acidity and a delicate, fruit-like sweetness, reflecting the farm’s meticulous processing methods. Another distinguished coffee from Kayon Mountain Farm showcases flavors of cooked and fresh blueberries, toffee, and mild dark chocolate, characterized by a syrupy sweetness and winey acidity.
