Zou Zhou Yuan, nestled in the highlands of Alishan, Taiwan, is a remarkable coffee farm that has gained international recognition for its specialty coffee. The farm is led by Rainy and her husband Fang, affectionately known as the “Coffee Prince,” who are dedicated to crafting coffee that honors their heritage while supporting their indigenous community.
Zou Zhou Yuan specializes in Gesha coffee, grown at altitudes of over 1,200 meters, and employs meticulous natural processing techniques to produce beans with exceptional flavor profiles. The farm’s commitment to quality has earned it multiple awards, including a high ranking in the Taiwan Private Collection Auction.
